Azam has extensive design experience. He has worked on detailed primary and secondary design for 33kV and 11kV substations, with ripple plants a particular specialty. He is also skilled at design phase project management. Protection, circuit breaker and ripple plant upgrades are some of the projects he has been involved in at Ergo.

Ergo places high value on attention to detail and doing the best possible job for clients. Azam exemplifies both of these qualities.

He has worked as an engineer in Fiji and New Zealand, in industry sectors as diverse as high voltage & protection, public utilities, flour mills and aluminium smelting.
