Chris founded Ergo in 2003 after more than twenty-five years in the electrical engineering industry. As an engineer he has a talent for conceptual design. He has the ability to quickly scope a project to create workable conceptual documents that can be understood and used by all members of a project team. As a director of Ergo he is passionate about the company's culture - always seeking ways for it to reflect the value he places on integrity, good relationships, innovation and best practice.

During his career Chris has been involved in all aspects of electrical engineering, providing conceptual and detailed design for primary and secondary systems up to 110kV. He has worked in a wide range of sectors, including: timber; water and wastewater; transmission and distribution; hydro, wind and gas generation; and oil and gas.
