Dima is an experienced control systems engineer. She is a detailed designer of 415V ac motor control systems, telemetry control systems, PLC hardware and instrumentation. In addition to design work she is skilled at site supervision, commissioning, project management, and specification and documentation development (in particular switching schedules, methodologies, and commissioning and testing documents). The majority of her work has been in the water and wastewater sector.

Dima graduated from The University of Auckland in 2004. She worked for another Auckland based electrical consultancy before joining Ergo's Control Systems department in 2006.
