Wanaka WWTP | Project Pure - United Group

Dima Ibrahim worked with United Group Ltd and AWT on Queenstown Lakes District Council’s new Wastewater Treatment Plant at Wanaka.

This was a new design build project where Ergo was providing a detailed design to meet both United Group’s and the Queenstown Lakes District Council’s specifications. There were tight constraints around this project. “It’s in construction phase, but electrical works has not started yet,” says Dima.

The facility has met International Best Practice Standards and provides an environmentally superior scheme to meet the demands of future population growth in the area.
