A senior designer, Lai's AutoCAD career spans more than fifteen years in the engineering and construction industries. He is skilled in all aspects of CAD, including 3D modelling and producing electrical drawings to IEC60617/ASNZ4383 standards. Lai is experienced in power station and substation designs as well as drafting for mechanical, electrical, fire, and security services applications.

Lai joined Ergo in May 2008. Apart from engineering he has worked in the hotel and construction industries.
