Nigel joined Ergo in 2005 in order to create and build up the Control Systems department. He has expertise in the electrical, instrumentation and control systems associated with process plants, particularly water and wastewater systems. He is experienced in all facets of a project - from hardware sepcification and design, through to software specification and programming supervision, commissioning and project management.

Nigel has many year's experience in the electrical industry, having begun his career as an electrical apprentice in 1986. After graduating with a degree in electrical engineering in 1993, he worked for Watercare Services Limited and for various Auckland based electrical consultancies. Apart from water and wastewater, Nigel has worked in the pulp and paper, and food and beverage sectors.
