As a trainee CAD designer, Olivia has produced drawings for power utilities (including charger panels, SCADA and communications panels), and for wastewater treatment plants (including motor schematics, single line diagrams and switch room layouts).

Olivia initially joined Ergo as a receptionist, before moving to a trainee role in the CAD department in 2010. She is currently studying part-time towards a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Manukau Institute of Technology.
