This enables me to develop buildable, cost-effective solutions." Scott joined Ergo in 2007, and after two years was apointed head of the Control Systems department. He is experienced in power systems distribution, controls, hardware and software design, and project management. His specialist skills are in the areas of industrial electrical and controls hardware design, 400V diesel generation, switchgear, motor control, distribution, protection, PLC/DCS controls and instrumentation. In addition to high level design work and project management, he is responsible for quality assurance and for developing Ergo's systems and standards. |

Dima is an experienced control systems engineer. She is a detailed designer of 415V ac motor control systems, telemetry control systems, PLC hardware and instrumentation. In addition to design work she is skilled at site supervision, commissioning, project management, and specification and documentation development (in particular switching schedules, methodologies, and commissioning and testing documents). The majority of her work has been in the water and wastewater sector. |

In November 2011 the IPENZ Standards & Accreditation Board accepted Ergo's application as a Professional Development Partner (PDP). There are currently only 35 other companies which hold this accreditation.
